SCIENCE-BACKED RESULTS

Below is the formulation we use to build your meal plan for the best results:

STEP 1: We start with the amount of calories you need to reach your goals and provide the correct macronutrient split of protein, carbs, and fats.

We do this by figuring out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) based on your responses to the questionnaire you fill out upon signing up.

STEP 2: From there we use a unique and science-backed formula that generates the most accurate macro breakdown. 

We will then adjust for a calorie deficit (-500 less than TDEE) or calorie surplus (+500 more than TDEE) depending on your goal of burning fat or building muscle.

STEP 3: We take your calorie requirements and split them into the perfect ratio of protein, carbs, and fats to fit your unique goals.

- We start with 1g of protein per pound of LBM (or Lean Body Mass)

- We then calculate 0.3g to 0.4g+ of fat per pound of LBM

- Lastly, we fill in the rest of your calories with carbs

I follow this process 100% of the time and update your calories and macro breakdowns monthly based on how quickly you progress.
